Construction and Demolition Debris Diversion Plan

This form must be completed by the owner or contractor and submitted, along with original receipts from all vendors and
facilities which collected or received construction and/or demolition debris, to the Building Department not less than five
(5) business days prior to the scheduled date for the final inspection of any of the following:

1. the construction of a new principal structure,
2. the demolition of more than one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet of gross floor area, or
3. the renovation and/or addition of more than one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet of gross floor area, or
4. other projects as determined by the Director of Community Services to achieve compliance with the Riverwoods
Construction and Demolition Debris Diversion Ordinance.
