Utility Bills | Paperless Billing Restarted for Residents Previously Signed-Up

The Village transitioned to a new utility billing system in 2023. During the transition all residents received a paper bill in the mail to ensure the system was working properly. Those signed up for paperless billing received a bill both in their mail and email.

Now that the new system is up and running smoothly, any residents that had previously requested paperless billing will now only receive bills via email. Residents who had not previously signed up for paperless billing will continue to receive bills in the mail.
