Out & About Fall Colors Hike with LGBTQ+ Center of Lake County | Sun, Oct. 29, 9:00am - 11:00am | Brushwood Center at Ryerson Woods

Join Brushwood Center and the LGBTQ+ Center Lake County for a nature walk specifically for the queer community!

Participants will explore the historic Edward L. Ryerson Conservation Area in Riverwoods, looking for birds, exploring the fall colors, and discussing the multitude of identities and possibilities that can be found in nature. The group will be guided by birder, Daniela Herrera, and then enjoy cider and donuts afterwards.

Feel free to come in a Halloween costume and celebrate the spooky season with nature and all of its multitudes! Families & kids of all ages welcome. No dogs allowed unfortunately!
