DUI Arrest

On 05/05/2024 at 2:56 a.m., police stopped a vehicle near Lake Cook Rd and Portwine Rd and arrested the driver, Juan D. Pacheco-Rodriguez, male, age 36, of the 800 block of 10^th Street, Waukegan, IL. for Speeding, Improper Lane Usage and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  He was processed, charged, and released and is scheduled to appear at the Lake County Courthouse in Waukegan on 06/12/2024 at 9:00 a.m.
